Aqua Works – Customer Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Aqua Works Customer Loyalty Program, known as the “Filter it Forward” Referral Program. You agree to the following terms and conditions by participating in this program. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Aqua Works “Filter it Forward” Referral Program (the “Program”), you must meet the following criteria:

• • • You must be an existing customer of Aqua Works, having previously purchased and installed or used our annual service program, one of the following Aqua Works water filtration systems:
      • • UV Water Filtration System
        • Under Bench Water Filtration System
        • Ozone Water Filtration System
        • Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System
        • Whole House Water Filtration System
        • Faucet-Mounted Water Filtration System
        • Fridge Water Filter

• • • You must reside in New Zealand, and the referral must be within Aqua Works’ service areas, as detailed in Section 2.

2.  Excluded Products

The following products and systems are excluded from this Program, and the referral discount does not apply to the service of these systems:

• • • Water Softeners
    • Backwashable Carbon Systems
    • Neutraliser Whole House Systems
    • Commercial UV Water Filtration Systems

3. Service Area

The Aqua Works “Filter it Forward” Referral Program is only available to customers residing in the following regions of New Zealand:

• • • North Rodney District: Includes Waipu, Mangawhai, Paparoa, Kaiwaka, Wellsford, Warkworth, Kaipara Flats, Omaha, Point Wells, Leigh, Matakana, Snells Beach, Algies Bay, and Sandspit.
    • South Kaipara District: Includes Waipu, Langs Beach, Paparoa, Waipu Cove, Mangawhai, Mangawhai Heads, Kaiwaka, Maungaturoto, Hakaru, and Brynderwyn.
    • Central Rodney District: Includes Puhoi, Mahurangi West, Waiwera, Hatfields Beach, Orewa, Red Beach, Waitoki, Silverdale, Millwater, Milldale, Stillwater, Wainui, Gulf Harbour, Whangaparaoa, Stanmore Bay, and Arkles Bay.
    • South Rodney District: Includes North Albany, Albany Heights, Dairy Flat, Coatesville, Okura, and Paremoremo.
    • West Rodney District: Includes Riverhead, Kumeu, Taupaki, Waitakere, Muriwai, Helensville, and Kaukapakapa.

4. How the Program Works

• • • To participate, refer a friend or family member to Aqua Works to purchase and install an Aqua Works Water Filtration System.
    • When the referred individual purchases and install a water filtration system, they must confirm that you referred them during the order process.
    • Upon successful installation of the referred system, you will receive a 50% discount on your next water filter service, including parts and labour, subject to the limitations outlined below.

5. Claiming Your Discount

• • • After the installation of the referred system is complete, the 50% discount will automatically apply to your next Aqua Works service.
    • The discount applies only to water filter services, which include standard spare parts and labour. The discount does not apply to additional services or unrelated products.
    • You can only claim one discount per service.

6. Limitations

• • • There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
    • However, you may only claim one discount per service. Multiple discounts from multiple referrals cannot be combined for a single service.

7. Validity

• • • The referral discount is valid for 48 months from when the referred customer orders with Aqua Works.
    • The discount applies to the next water filter service the existing customer schedules within the validity period. If the discount is not used within this period, it will expire.

8. Transferability

• • • The referral discount is non-transferable. The referrer can only use it and is valid for the water filtration system installed at the referrer’s property.
    • If the referrer has multiple water filtration systems installed at their property, the discount will apply to the service of the more expensive system.

9. Discount Coverage

• • • The 50% discount covers standard spare parts and labour related to the routine water filtration system service.
    • The discount does not cover parts or labour required for accidental damage, customer-caused damage (e.g., broken components), or any upgrades the customer requests.

10. Privacy

• • • Aqua Works is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during the referral process will be handled by our Privacy Policy, which you can view at https://www.aquaworks.co.nz/privacy-policy/.
    • Aqua Works will not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the services outlined in this program.

11. Changes & Termination

• • • Aqua Works reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of any changes or termination, Aqua Works will notify participants via email.
    • Any discounts earned before the program’s termination or modification will be honoured for their stated validity period.

12. Fraud and Misuse

While Aqua Works does not foresee misuse of the program since discounts are only awarded when a new water filtration system is installed, Aqua Works reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the program if fraudulent activity or program misuse is suspected.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

By participating in the Aqua Works Customer Loyalty Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
